Description

SOON TO BE A MAJOR MOTION PICTURE STARRING BLAKE LIVELY AND JUSTIN BALDONI!

From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Starts with Us and All Your Perfects, a “brave and heartbreaking novel that digs its claws into you and doesn’t let go, long after you’ve finished it” (Anna Todd, New York Times bestselling author) about a workaholic with a too-good-to-be-true romance who can’t stop thinking about her first love.

Lily hasn’t always had it easy, but that’s never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She’s come a long way from the small town where she grew up—she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. And when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily’s life seems too good to be true.

Ryle is assertive, stubborn, maybe even a little arrogant. He’s also sensitive, brilliant, and has a total soft spot for Lily. And the way he looks in scrubs certainly doesn’t hurt. Lily can’t get him out of her head. But Ryle’s complete aversion to relationships is disturbing. Even as Lily finds herself becoming the exception to his “no dating” rule, she can’t help but wonder what made him that way in the first place.

As questions about her new relationship overwhelm her, so do thoughts of Atlas Corrigan—her first love and a link to the past she left behind. He was her kindred spirit, her protector. When Atlas suddenly reappears, everything Lily has built with Ryle is threatened.

An honest, evocative, and tender novel, It Ends with Us is “a glorious and touching read, a forever keeper. The kind of book that gets handed down” (USA TODAY).

  • GREAT BOOK

Loved every minute invested of it— so many emotions, from falling in love, to hurt, to over guessing myself if I was ever in that situation. Great book and great life lesson.

So many emotions while I read this story. I wanted to judge, I wanted to love, I wanted to hate and I wanted to forgive, but I couldn’t forget. The epilogue was the best part of the ending. Without a doubt the best story I have read out of the thousands of books I have read.

I finished it in a day and a half… I was that plugged in haha. It was a good read, and I enjoyed it.
  • Weird book glorifying abusive relationships

I honestly do not understand the hype. This book is poorly written. In addition to that, it isn’t a book about an abusive relationship. It’s a book about how an abusive relationship can be romantic. I do not recommend reading if you’ve ever been in one, it’s insulting to think this is how someone views abuse to be quite honest. I held out thinking it would get better but it was just so bad. So bad that I don’t think I’ll ever read a CoHo book again. Even aside from the part where she romanticizes abuse, her writing style is that of a college girl thinking she’s being edgy since she’s finally moved away from home and smoked her first cigarette.

Book was fast. Wished the story line was expanded more. Also took very long to get to the point. Overall, a decent read.
