We often struggle to let some people go especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art Of Letting Go helps you understand why, how and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

Made the mistake of judging the book by its cover. Thought this was a book on philosophy and self improvement. In a sense it is - but for women who have had poor experiences at handling relationships. Stopped reading after 2 chapters.

I loved this book. It touched my heart in many ways and reassured me that I choice I had made was simply the best choice for all involved. If I could meet the author I would hug her and thank her for the insight she has given me. Change is hard but I knew it had to be done. I can’t wait to see my new future. I believe it will be great.

This read is short but incredibly impactful. It gives real examples of how to let go. If you are interested in getting better as a person it’s a must read
  • Amazing

To be able to connect through this book & acknowledging that we’re all human going through the same feelings (no matter what they are) is comforting. The author even relates & describes in detail what she went though & how she got out of it..whether it was a good or bad coping mechanism and if it was she explains why she did it and how it effected her. Truly an amazing book to read.
